The Civilian Secretariat for Police Service (CSPS) requires the appointment of a service provider for the procurement of cloud-based Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance Management Software, including support, for a period of three (03) years. This includes software licensing, installation, configuration, user licenses for 8 users, training, online support, maintenance, and hosting. The software is intended to automate audit and risk processes, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency.Bidders must submit a detailed company profile demonstrating a minimum of five years' experience in Audit, Risk, and Compliance Management software within the public sector, supported by proof of similar projects and three contactable references. Key personnel (Programme Manager, Team Leader/Supervisor, and two team members) must provide CVs highlighting relevant experience and the Programme Manager must hold a valid certificate from an accredited statutory body in Risk Management or Internal Audit. The proposed cloud data centre and all associated data must be hosted and stored within the borders of South Africa.
