Appointment of Service Provider for Routine and Ad-hoc Helicopter Maintenance, Servicing, Supply, and Overhaul of Parts for Sanparks for Five Years

South African National Parks (SANParks) requires a service provider for routine and ad-hoc maintenance support, servicing, supply, and overhaul of parts and spare parts for AS350B3 and H125 helicopters for a period of five (5) years. This includes scheduled, unscheduled, and deep-level maintenance, 12-year calendar inspections, warranty support, logistical support for spares (including AOG support and component tracking), technical records management, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and management of imports and exports for spares. The successful bidder will also provide training requirements for SANParks personnel, including initial and recurrent pilot and engineer training, as well as apprentice support. Bidders must hold a valid SACAA Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO) approval with specific ratings for Airbus Helicopter AS350 and H125 Airframe and Avionics, and provide proof of direct access to Airbus Helicopters OEM technical data and genuine spare parts supply channels. A valid Hangar Keeper's Liability and Products and Completed Operations (Post-Maintenance) Insurance with minimum R60 million cover is required, along with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. Proof of financial capability with a value of R20,000,000.00 or more, not older than three months, and a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing related to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering are also mandatory.
