Supply, Implementation, Maintenance & Support of a Cloud-based Identity and Access Management Solution

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) seeks to appoint a service provider to supply, implement, maintain, and support a cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for five years, replacing their existing IAM solution. This includes professional services and IAM platform support over and above OEM subscription. The solution aims to secure IT systems, applications, and data assets, integrating seamlessly with internal and third-party platforms to automate and streamline IAM processes.
Bidders must be eligible, registered service providers in terms of South African law, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and be tax compliant with SARS. They must also have a business continuity management plan available for inspection.
