Scope of Work
An invitation is extended to registered financial institutions to provide external loans, up to a maximum of R60,100,000, to the Mossel Bay Municipality. These funds are designated to finance specific capital projects as outlined in the Municipality's Approved Capital Budget, with a standard loan term of 15 years and a drawdown date of 30 June 2027.
