The scope includes providing a reliable and consistent supply of refuse bags to meet the municipality's operational needs.
Prospective bidders must demonstrate eligibility by submitting a company registration certificate, a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN, certified copies of all directors' IDs, proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and a detailed implementation plan. Bidders must also provide proof of municipal rates and taxes being paid (latest billing clearance certificate not older than 3 months, or a lease agreement if property is leased) and three appointment letters or purchase orders for similar projects.
