Scope of Work
The Msunduzi Municipality invites tenders from suitably accredited and experienced Service Providers for the supply and delivery of two stroke fuel mix (ready mixed oil and fuel) for a period of three years, effective from the date of award. This fuel is essential for various municipal Business Units to operate equipment such as chain saws, pipe cutters, brush cutters, lawn mowers, and power rammers/jack hammers, with required mix ratios of 50:1 and 40:1 using Petrol 95 Unleaded.
Bidders must be accredited by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy with a valid Wholesalers Licence and provide proof of payment for it. Furthermore, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), possess a valid Tax Clearance Status Verification Pin, and ensure their municipal fees are up to date. No bids will be accepted from persons in the service of the state.
