Application Hosting, Development, Maintenance, and Support of the Official Cape Winelands Website for the Period Ending 30 June 2029

Tenders are invited to provide and manage the application hosting, development, maintenance, and support of the official Cape Winelands website (www.capewinelands.gov.za) for the period ending 30 June 2029. The service provider will be responsible for ensuring the web application remains secure, available, current, performant, visually appealing, user-friendly, and compliant with applicable legislative and governance requirements, including application hosting services, infrastructure management, security monitoring, technical support, maintenance, upgrades, backup management, disaster recovery capabilities, and ongoing operational support.
All prospective bidders must be registered and accredited on the CWDM's Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database prior to the closing date. Bidders must achieve a minimum qualifying score of 18 out of 25 for expertise to proceed to further evaluation, and specific returnable documents related to tax compliance, municipal accounts, and B-BBEE status are required to avoid disqualification or loss of preference points.
