Supply and Delivery of Promotional Material

The Department of Community Safety seeks suitable, experienced, and capable service providers to Supply and Deliver Promotional Material to assist with its mandate and ensure visibility in communities. This includes a wide range of branded items such as T-shirts, caps, jackets, table cloths, podium cloths, sports kits, banners, bags, notepads, bookmarks, key rings, water bottles, travel mugs, coffee mugs, license disc stickers, trophies, medals, balls, boxing gear, visors, flashlights, power banks, cooler bags, camping chairs, gazebos, foldable tables, and picture/photo frames.

Bidders must have been involved in the supply and delivery of goods and services in the public or private sector and provide a minimum of three (3) reference letters from satisfied clients within the past five (5) years. These letters must be on client letterheads with contact numbers and signed by a managerial level person. Additionally, bidders must have supplied goods/services to a cumulative value of R250,000.00 in the past five years, confirmed by reference letters and corresponding purchase orders. A compulsory hybrid briefing session is scheduled, and all bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
