Managed and Hosted Hybrid Mesh Firewall Services for 36 Months

This tender seeks a suitably qualified service provider to deliver managed and hosted hybrid mesh firewall services for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The scope of work includes the deployment, configuration, security monitoring, management, maintenance, proactive threat detection and blocking, firmware, and patch management to protect the ARC network, systems, applications, and data against cyber security threats, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Bidders must have a minimum of five years of experience in delivering managed firewall services, with security professionals also possessing at least five years of experience. Eligibility further requires the bidder to be an authorised partner/reseller of the proposed firewall solution, provide a valid letter of OEM accreditation, submit at least three client reference letters for similar services within the last seven years, provide CVs and certifications for a minimum of three security engineers, and hold ISO/IEC 270033-4 certification. Attendance at the compulsory physical briefing session is also mandatory.
