Appointment of Independent Service Provider to Conduct Assessment of Government Undertakings and Commitments Under the Forest Sector Code

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) seeks to appoint an independent service provider to conduct an assessment of Government undertakings and commitments under the Amended Forest Sector Code for a period of three (3) months. This includes developing a completeness ratio framework, compiling a consolidated report outlining key findings, identifying implementation gaps and actionable recommendations, and presenting the final assessment report and completeness ratio results to the Forest Sector Charter Council (FSCC).
Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration. A compulsory virtual briefing session is required, and attendance will be verified. Bidders must score a minimum of 75% for functionality during Phase 3 of the evaluation to qualify for Phase 4, where only points for price and preference will be considered.
