Scope of Work
The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) seeks to appoint a multi-disciplinary built environment service provider, including an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Agent, to provide professional services. These services encompass the planning, design, and monitoring of construction for a Material Recovery Facility (MRF), Composting Facility, and other supporting structures within the Kouga Local Municipality, Eastern Cape Province, over a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Bidders must ensure full compliance with all administrative and mandatory requirements, including submission of stipulated SCM forms, CSD registration/tax compliance, and a valid B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit.
