Scope of Work
This tender is for the upgrade and refurbishment of existing residential facilities within the Hexpark Rental Housing Precinct in Worcester, as part of Phase 3 of the project. This includes construction and engineering services to improve the existing housing infrastructure.
Only tenderers registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a contractor grading of 4GB or higher, or those capable of registering prior to evaluation, are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must also satisfy the eligible criteria as stated in the Standard Conditions of Tender and Tender Data (Clause C.2.1).
