Scope of Work
This tender is for the construction of new 8 sanitation infrastructure, including associated external works, at Sisizakele Special School in the North Coast Region of KwaZulu-Natal, as part of Phase 2 of the Water and Sanitation Programme.
To be eligible, tenderers must be registered with the CIDB, or be capable of registration prior to evaluation, with a contractor grading designation of 6GB or higher for construction work. Joint ventures are permitted if all members are CIDB registered, the lead partner holds a 6GB or higher grading, and the combined grading meets or exceeds 6GB. Furthermore, all tenderers must achieve a minimum qualifying score for functionality criteria to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage.
