Scope of Work
The scope of works entails the refurbishment of bulk water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, including general building maintenance, civil works and electromechanical equipment. Work on this contract will be in terms of the principles laid down by the Expanded Public Works Programme whereby the use of sustainable, labour intensive methods utilizing resources from the target community is to be optimized.
Eligibility requires tenderers to make a reservation and payment for the tender document at least two days prior to collection, with a R5,000.00 non-refundable EFT purchase. Bidders must have the required CIDB grading of Minimum 7 CE or higher.
