Scope of Work
The scope of works entails the refurbishment of bulk water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, including general building maintenance, civil works and electromechanical equipment. Work on this contract will be in terms of the principles laid down by the Expanded Public Works Programme whereby the use of sustainable, labour intensive methods utilizing resources from the target community is to be optimized.
Tenderers are required to make a reservation and payment at least two (2) days before collecting the tender document. A R5 000.00 non-refundable EFT purchase is required for each tender document drawn. Bidders must reserve before 28 August 2026 and submit the Proof of Payment (POP) together with their reservation via email. No tender documents will be issued on the day of the briefing without a prior reservation and POP submitted by email.
