Appointment of Service Provider to Render Managed Wan, Internet, Security, Unified Email, Web Hosting Services for Five Years

The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature requires an integrated managed ICT service covering Internet connectivity, WAN connectivity, perimeter and remote-access security, unified email security and archiving, and web hosting infrastructure for a period of five years. The successful bidder must provide end-to-end managed services, centralized monitoring, incident and request fulfilment support, service reporting, governance participation, and continuous improvement aligned to recognized IT service management practices.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and submit a CSD supplier registration report. For consortia/joint ventures, each party must submit a separate valid tax clearance certificate/PIN and CSD number. Bidders must also provide a valid Electronic Communications Service (ECS) or Electronic Communications Network Service (ECNS) license and a minimum of five signed contactable reference letters for similar services, along with proof of OEM/partner accreditation with FortiGate and Mimecast.
