Provision of Legal Panel Service to the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone for 36 Months

The Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ) invites suitably qualified and competent service providers to serve on a panel to provide appropriate, timely, and value-adding legal services for a period of 36 months. The scope includes balancing and augmenting TASEZ's Legal Services Unit capacity, developing strategic responses to challenges, implementing programmes, and undertaking specific legal tasks, either as part of developed strategies or as ad hoc responses to problems. Appointed panel members will be utilized based on their legal frameworks specialty, are not guaranteed work, and must deliver professional, ethical, and high-standard legal assistance within set timeframes, potentially within 24 hours for urgent matters.
Bidders must be tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a report not older than three months, and must have a minimum B-BBEE status level of contributor 3 or higher. A minimum functionality threshold of 70 points out of 100 is required to proceed to the next evaluation stage, with criteria including company experience, key resource experience, and key personnel qualifications. All mandatory returnable documents, including SBD forms, a Legal Practice Council registration certificate, and audited financial statements, must be submitted.
