Appointment of a Service Provider to Lease Out Office Space for the Nelspruit Operational Office for 5 Years

SAFCOL is seeking proposals from reputable, competent and qualifying service providers to provide for the leasing of office space and parking space in the Nelspruit area to accommodate the Komatiland Regional Office for a period of five years starting beneficial occupation in November 2026 and full-time occupation 01 December 2026. The appointed service provider will also be responsible for space planning and implementing fit-out based on identified requirements.
Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session on Microsoft Teams on 03 September 2026 from 11H00-12H30. Furthermore, all bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and the contractor responsible for the fit-out and construction work is expected to be CIDB registered.
