Appointment of a Service Provider for Minor Theming, Maintenance, and Support for Mine Health and Safety Council Website and E-library for 36 Months

The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) requires a service provider to perform minor theming, maintain, and provide comprehensive support for its existing WordPress-based website and a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) stack e-Library for a period of 36 months. This includes front-end and back-end development, 24/7 monitoring, monthly support hours, training, technical support, monthly analytics and activity reports, quarterly meetings, SEO reporting, daily/monthly backups, security patching, and disaster recovery services.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ensure their tax matters are in order with SARS, providing a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number. Bids will be evaluated in two stages: Functionality Evaluation (minimum 70% threshold) followed by Price and Specific Goals Evaluation (80/20 preference system).
