Appointment of a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Service Provider to Supply, Implement and Provide Support, Maintenance, and Managed Services at Atns for a Cybersecurity Awareness Solution for a Period of Five (5) Years

The primary objective of this bid is enhancing the cybersecurity awareness and resilience of ATNS by implementing a comprehensive, integrated cybersecurity awareness solution that educates users, mitigates human-related security risks, and supports organisational compliance and security best practices for a period of five (5) years. This solution will provide a cloud-based cybersecurity awareness platform with comprehensive training capabilities, automated communication features, system integration, and user-friendly functionality to support ATNS's organisational cybersecurity objectives.
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of company experience in providing cybersecurity solutions, comply with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework standards, and provide support and maintenance manuals. Submissions must include evidence of Active Directory Integration, Training Delivery Methods, Reporting & Analytics, and Customization Capabilities, achieving a minimum functionality score of 75 out of 100 points, as failure to meet any mandatory or functionality criteria will result in disqualification.
