Scope of Work
The Theewaterskloof Municipality invites tenders for the in-situ upgrading of the Riemvasmaak Informal Settlement in Caledon, located within the Theewaterskloof Municipal jurisdiction in the Western Cape.
Only tenderers who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Conditions, Tender Data (Clause C.2.1.1) and Special Conditions of Tender (Schedule 3D) are eligible to submit tenders. Tenderers must have a 7CE or higher CIDB grading and be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD). A non-refundable tender participation fee of R550.00 (VAT inclusive) is required, payable by electronic transfer or direct deposit, with proof of payment included in the submission.
