Appointment of Occupational Medical Practitioners for Employee Wellness and Occupational Health Services

Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality seeks to appoint up to three Occupational Medical Practitioners to provide comprehensive employee wellness and occupational health services for a period of three years. This includes therapeutic and wellness services, direct professional support services (substance abuse, stress management, relationships, family care, health matters, legal, financial counseling), face-to-face counseling, critical incident management, incapacity due to ill health case management, and rehabilitation centre services. The scope also covers medical and clinical care, psychosocial support, skills development, reintegration, facility management, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, Covid-19 related support, online services for health information, HIV/AIDS education, and managerial consultation, as well as various workshops and lifestyle screenings.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit all compulsory returnable documents as specified. A minimum functionality score of 70 points out of 100 is required to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage. No awards will be made to persons in the service of the state, nor to those not registered on CSD, or who have submitted bids incorrectly, late, or unamended.
