Scope of Work
Laingsburg Municipality invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the construction of the Laingsburg Water Treatment Works, comprising civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering works. The successful tenderer must be registered and tax-compliant on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD). Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7 CE or 7 ME or higher. Only tenderers who can demonstrate they will employ management and supervisory staff with NQF 5 labour-intensive competencies during the contract validity are eligible. Only tenderers who can demonstrate they will employ staff satisfying EPWP requirements during the contract validity are eligible.
