Scope of Work
The Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) seeks a service provider to provide office space for its Northern Cape Provincial Office for the period 01 March 2027 to 31 March 2030.
Bidders must provide office space in a business environment within a 0-10km radius of 10 Oliver Road, Monument Heights, Kimberley. The bid undergoes a multi-phase evaluation, starting with administrative and mandatory compliance. This is followed by a technical and functional evaluation (Phase 2, maximum 100 points), where bidders must achieve at least 80% to proceed. Successful bidders then undergo a compulsory site evaluation/inspection (Phase 3, maximum 100 points), also requiring a minimum of 80% to qualify for the final Price and HWSETA Specific Goals evaluation (Phase 4).
