Appointment of a Cloud-based Hosted Ip-pbx/voip Telephone System Solution for 36 Months

The Eastern Cape Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (ECCOGTA) seeks to solicit bids from potential bidder(s) to provide a cloud based hosted IP-PBX platform, which is capable of connecting multiple branches of CoGTA to a shared IP-PBX using a Voice over IP (VoIP) solution and appropriate gateways for CoGTA branches for a period of Thirty-six (36) months. It must also be capable to integrate to the existing Microsoft Active Directory, Teams Telephony and Microsoft Exchange services platforms.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant with tax obligations. It is essential that the Department contracts a qualified and experienced service provider. Bidders must have completed a minimum of three successful medium-to-large IP Telephone system installations (over 500 end-user voice connections, 3 uninterrupted years) within the past six years, evidenced by verifiable reference letters. Additionally, bidders must hold an Electronic Communications Services (ECS) license, a service license, a network license, and Equipment Type approval from ICASA, and demonstrate financial viability with a minimum of R300,000.
