The City of Joburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd invites interested persons to submit proposals for the development of Erf 4020 Bryanston Extension 3, a vacant property measuring 3728m² located at 17 Kays Avenue, Region B, Ward 104, Bryanston. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a sale agreement for the property, which is currently zoned 'Municipal' but recommended for residential purposes, with the bidder responsible for obtaining all necessary statutory approvals and development costs.
Eligibility requires bidders to provide a valid Tax Compliant Verification PIN from SARS or a CSD number, along with comprehensive company registration documents (e.g., certified ID/passport for natural persons, partnership agreement, CM29/COR 20.1, CK1/CK2C, or trust deeds). A valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit is mandatory. Bidders must also submit up-to-date municipal accounts (not older than three months and not in arrears for more than three months) for the individual, entity, and its directors/members, and complete all required MBD forms. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate proof of funding availability to purchase the property and achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points.
