Scope of Work
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd (hereinafter “Eskom") invites you to submit a tender for the supply and delivery of auxiliary boiler C&I spares for a period of 36 months (3 years) for Medupi Power Station.
Tenderers (whether a single company or an incorporated or unincorporated joint venture or consortium) must not be under any restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies, and must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data. Additionally, tenderers will be disqualified if they have a conflict of interest, submit tenders signed by non-authorised persons, are restricted by National Treasury or Eskom, sub-contract 100% of the scope, or fail to meet the functionality threshold.
