Scope of Work
South African Tourism (SAT) invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of International Exhibition Stand Design and Build Services for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a maximum of three panel members capable of delivering end-to-end exhibition stand design, customisation, construction, logistics, transportation, installation, on-site support, dismantling, storage and related exhibition infrastructure services for SAT's participation in approved international exhibitions and strategic platforms.
Bidders must register and submit their proposals through the online e-procurement portal (https://e-procurement.southafrica.net); physical submissions, faxes, or emails will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official forms, which should be completed in black ink without the use of mechanical devices or re-typing, and all forms, questionnaires, and specifications must be signed and completed in all respects to avoid invalidation. A briefing session is scheduled for 15 September 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
