Scope of Work
The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) requires the placement of Haematology Analysers for small and medium laboratories in the Eastern Cape region. This includes the supply of reagents, consumables, and comprehensive service and maintenance for a period of five (5) years. This appointment is critical to ensure continued haematology testing services, which are urgent and vital for patient management.
Bidders must comply with all mandatory technical requirements and administrative prerequisites, including submission of all official forms, valid tax clearance, CSD registration, and a B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit. Only bidders who attend the compulsory briefing session and site visits, agree to NHLS General and Special Conditions of Contract, and propose commercially available solutions will be considered. Failure to provide substantiated responses to mandatory technical requirements will lead to disqualification.
