Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for Alterations and Additions to Existing Building Structures at Kusile Power Station for a Period of Nine (9) Months.
Tenderers must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data and must not be on any international sanctions list or restricted by National Treasury. Tenderers are ineligible to submit more than one tender (individually or in a JV/consortium) unless specified by the E-Tendering system, or if the JV/consortium agreement does not explicitly state joint and several liability, or if there is a conflict of interest. Basic compliance requires meeting eligibility criteria, submitting via E-Tendering, providing complete commercial, financial, and technical information, and submitting all mandatory commercial tender returnables by the stipulated deadlines. A CIDB grading of 7GB or higher is required.
