Supply and Delivery of Toilet Paper and Hand Paper Towels: 36 Months

The National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (NDPWI), Cape Town Regional Office invites bidders for the supply and delivery of toilet paper and hand paper towels for a period of 36 months in the Western Cape. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract.
To be eligible, bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session and sign the attendance register. Bids must be submitted in non-erasable ink, complete all required forms, and provide proof of at least two completed projects for the supply and delivery of cleaning material, each with a minimum accumulated value of R100,000.00. Bidders must also register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a fully completed pricing schedule as per the provided formula, quoting for all products specified in the exact terms, units of measure, and quantity.
