Scope of Work
The Overberg District Municipality invites quotations from experienced service providers for the supply and delivery of three skid units to its Emergency Services. The skid units must meet specified technical requirements for general features, engine, tank, and foam system.
Bidders must obtain a minimum of 40 out of 60 points for technical evaluation to be considered further. A valid Tax Compliance Status PIN and business registration documents are compulsory. Bidders or their directors must not be in arrears with municipal rates and taxes for more than three months. No sub-contracting is allowed. Bids will be evaluated under the 80/20 preferential procurement system.
