The required premises must be approximately 200 sqm, centrally located near public transport, accessible for people with disabilities, include 6 covered parking bays plus one disability bay and two visitor bays, allow for partitioning, have 24/7 physical security with cameras, provide backup power, be fibre-ready, and conform to various health and safety standards.
To be eligible, bidders must submit all SCM Administrative Requirements and Mandatory Requirements as specified, including a valid Tax Clearance/PIN, CSD report, company registration documents, and a letter/resolution authorising the signatory. Bidders must also provide a municipal zoning certificate for business/industrial use, OHS compliance certificate, confirmation of a grade A or B building, property insurance, and an architectural team for the partitioning stage. All proposals must include a detailed cost breakdown with VAT-inclusive prices and a comprehensive project plan for tenant improvements.
