Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the provision of legal services on an as and when required basis, categorised across various legal fields including Administrative, Banking, Commercial, Construction, Energy, Intellectual Property, Insurance, Mining, Regulatory, Criminal, and Pension Fund Law. This tender is for panel augmentation to onboard additional suppliers.
This panel specifically targets enterprises classified between B-BBEE Level 1 and Level 3, and tenderers must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit as proof. Additionally, bidders must be legal practitioners admitted and enrolled as attorneys in terms of the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014, and must submit relevant admission certificates, certificates of good standing from the South African Legal Practice Council, and valid Fidelity Fund Certificates.
