Scope of Work
The Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality invites bids from service providers for auctioneering services. This will cover redundant and obsolete inventory, movable assets, and immovable assets, as and when required, over a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit their unique SARS PIN for tax compliance. All required supplementary forms, including municipal rates and taxes clearance (or proof of non-arrears for more than three months), must be fully completed. Joint Ventures, consortia, and sub-contractors must ensure all parties provide separate Tax Compliance Status Certificates/PINs and CSD numbers.
