This tender seeks professional civil and structural engineering services for the construction of a new Greenfields Clinic. The scope of work covers all Civil and Structural engineering services from inception to close-out, including financial administration services. The appointed consultant will work as part of a professional team, providing on-site investigations, designs, oversight, and approvals.
Eligible bidders must be professional service providers with suitable experience and qualified personnel, registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Tenderers must also be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration, including an approved insurer undertaking for professional indemnity within 21 days of appointment. A minimum of three (3) written contactable references for successfully completed civil and structural work is required.
