Scope of Work
ECPTA seeks to appoint a contractor for the construction of a 3-bedroom staff accommodation unit of approximately 150m2 at Brakfontein Community Nature Reserve. The scope of works includes an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen with built-in cupboards and appliances, a lounge area, a 5kl rainwater harvesting tank, a 10kl sewer conservancy tank, and the installation of a solar backup system. The contractor is also responsible for issuing as-built drawings upon completion.
To be eligible, bidders must be registered with the CIDB with a contractor grading designation of 3GB or higher and provide valid proof of registration with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Bidders are required to demonstrate company experience by providing evidence of the completion of at least two general building projects, each valued at R1,000,000.00 or more, within the past five years, supported by appointment letters and completion certificates.
