Scope of Work
This tender calls for the appointment of a panel of up to six (06) service providers to supply and deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality for a period of thirty-six (36) months (3 years).
Bidders must submit a copy of their Company Registration Certificate (CRC) reflecting active members (excluding sole traders and partnerships), be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a provided CSD number, and provide their unique SARS personal identification number (PIN) for tax status verification. All supplementary forms, including a municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate or proof that municipal rates and taxes are not in arrears for more than three months, must be fully completed. For consortia, joint ventures, or sub-contractors, each party must submit a separate Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate/PIN/CSD Number.
