Scope of Work
The Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) invites tenders for a four-year term contract for the installation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and upgrade of mechanical and other related major plant and machinery for Eastern Operations (KwaZulu-Natal). The scope includes all types of preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, urgent and emergency repairs for various installations and equipment associated with DWS installations.
Only respondents registered with the CIDB with a grading of 8ME or higher are eligible to bid. Bidders must also attend a compulsory briefing session and pass a multi-stage evaluation including mandatory requirements, technical quality, workshop facilities assessment, and price and preference.
