Provision of Building and Infrastructure Maintenance Services at Port Rex Gas Turbine Station for 5 Years

This tender is for the provision of comprehensive building and infrastructure maintenance services on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of five (5) years at Port Rex Gas Turbine Station. Services include preliminaries and general items, general building repairs, roofing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glazing, welding, painting, cleaning, road and pavement repairs, stormwater drainage, fencing, civil works, grounds maintenance, and waste management.
Bidders must possess a CIDB Contractor grading of 6GB or 6CE or higher. To qualify, bidders must achieve a minimum functionality threshold of 60% based on their latest audited financial statements, detailed SHEQ plan, proven experience in at least three similar projects within the last five years, and the qualifications and experience of key personnel.
