Provision of Cleaning Services for Durban Heights Waterworks and Uuw Durban Heights Training Centre

The scope of this tender is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for a 5-year period at Durban Heights Waterworks and UUW Training Centre. This includes general cleaning, specialized tasks (carpet cleaning, disinfection, high-rise window cleaning, pressure cleaning), onsite waste management, sanitization, and disinfection of high-touch areas, along with the provision of trained staff, appropriate PPE, and all necessary equipment and consumables, ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards and customer satisfaction.
Bidders must meet mandatory requirements including a valid SBD4, valid COID letter of good standing, valid BCCCI registration, be located within eThekwini Municipality, be a Black-owned cooperative, and provide a POPIA Act Declaration. Bidders must also commit to achieving at least 35% Contract Participation Goals, including minimum 25% from uMngeni-uThukela Water's area of operation and 10% for local participation.
