Scope of Work
Parliament of the Republic of South Africa requires suitable service provider/s to supply and deliver fish, dairy, confectionery & pastry, groceries and resale items to its four restaurants for a period of three years on an as-and-when-required basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply and delivery of seafood items as per specifications, ensuring products are locally caught, delivered in suitable refrigerated vehicles, and properly labeled.
Eligible bidders must be suitably qualified service providers with the requisite capacity to execute this project. This includes a minimum of three positive references for similar work, proof of a suitable refrigerated delivery vehicle, a valid Certificate of Acceptability for food business, a project manager with at least five years' experience, and compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
