Supply and Delivery of Dairy Products to Parliament of Rsa

Parliament of the Republic of South Africa requires a suitable service provider to supply and deliver dairy products on demand to its four restaurants for a period of three (3) years. Products must be locally produced, delivered in suitable refrigerated vehicles maintaining specified temperatures for frozen and chilled items, and meet stringent quality, freshness, and food safety standards with proper labeling.
Bidders must submit their proposals via email to tenders@parliament.gov.za by the closing date and time. Specific eligibility includes providing a minimum of three positive references for similar work, demonstrating capacity to supply within 24 hours (including transport fleet details and contingency plans), and submitting valid proof of vehicle ownership/lease. Bidders must also provide a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) from the local municipality and have a project manager with at least five years' experience. All products and operations must comply with the Agricultural Products Standards Act and General Hygiene Requirements for Food Premises and Transport.
