Upgrading of Roads and Stormwater in Station Street, Albertinia

This project involves the construction and upgrading of road and stormwater infrastructure in Albertinia, Western Cape Province, specifically covering three sections of streets including Station Street, Horne Street, and Main Street. Key works include traffic accommodation, existing services protection, setting out works, removal of concrete layers and existing surface/base material, in-situ cement stabilization for subbase, construction of new G2 quality base and asphalt surfacing layers, removal of stormwater structures, and supply/installation of new kerbs and channels.
Bidders must ensure prices are firm and VAT-inclusive (if registered), valid for at least 56 days. Required documents include company registration, original/certified Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN, valid B-BBEE status level certificate/sworn affidavit, CSD Summary Report, and proof of municipal rates and taxes (not older than 3 months) or a lease agreement. All tender documents and MBD forms must be completed, signed in black ink, and initialled on every page, with all alterations initialled. Joint Ventures must attach a formal JV agreement. Contractors must complete all work by 30 June 2027.
