Employee Health and Wellness Programme and Primary Health Care Services for Dpsa for 36 Months

The Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) invites bids from service providers to render Employee Health and Wellness Programme (EHWP) and Primary Health Care Services (PHCS) for a period of thirty-six (36) months to DPSA employees based at Batho Pele House, Pretoria and Cape Town Offices. The purpose is to address the psycho-social and health aspects of employee well-being, promote employee wellness, and improve productivity within the workplace.

Service providers must be suitably qualified and experienced in implementing and managing outsourced EHWP and PHC services. This includes providing confidential referral services with certified Employee Health and Wellness Practitioners, offering 24/7 telephonic counselling, physical/face-to-face counselling, life management services (legal, financial, family care), trauma debriefing, mental health programs, and conducting team audits. Key eligibility requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the EHWP environment and for practitioners to be registered with relevant professional bodies.
