Appointment of a Service Provider for Occupational Hygiene Services at Riverside Government Complex, Mbombela Square, and Emalahleni Offices for 36 Months

This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to deliver occupational hygiene services to the Department of Economic Development and Tourism's Riverside Government Complex, Mbombela Square, and Emalahleni Offices for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The scope includes supplying and installing hygiene equipment and providing regular refills and maintenance for sanitary disposal bins, air fresheners, paper towels, and hand soap dispensers. The service provider must use 99.99% germ killer disinfectants for cleaning sanitary and waste bins to combat viruses and bacteria.
Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN. All required bid forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) must be fully completed, signed, and submitted in black ink. Proof of COIDA registration, UIF registration, a valid sanitary waste removal certificate, and a company resolution for signatory authority are also mandatory. Bids failing to meet a 70% functionality threshold will be disqualified.
