Appointment of a Professional Service Provider to Provide Mentorship Service to Misa Young Graduates

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) invites suitably qualified professional service providers to provide mentorship to an estimated 100 MISA Young Graduates (Civil and Electrical Engineering candidates) across all 9 provinces for a period of 24 months. This service aims to support them towards professional registration with relevant professional bodies, encompassing assessments, progress monitoring, Personal Development Plan (PDP) development, one-on-one mentorship, skills transfer, and review of existing program strategies.
Eligibility for this tender requires bidders to attend a compulsory hybrid briefing session. Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), formally registered as a company or Joint Venture (if applicable), and ensure all tax matters are in order. Bids will be disqualified if the functionality score falls below the minimum threshold of 70 points out of 100, or if any other non-responsive conditions detailed in the tender document are not met.
