Appointment of Service Provider for Infrastructure, Security and Network Services (36 Months)

The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) invites proposals from suitably qualified and reputable Information Technology Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver comprehensive Information Communication Technology (ICT) support services in accordance with defined service standards and best practices. This tender aims to appoint a capable service provider to deliver reliable, secure, and responsive ICT services, including second- and third-line support across the ICT landscape, specialized ICT functions, ICT Security, Project Management, and Business Analysis for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Bidders must adhere to specific mandatory requirements, including valid partnership letters/certificates for Microsoft CSP, Fortinet, Dell EMC, SentinelOne, and Mimecast. Furthermore, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), provide a valid tax compliance status PIN, and submit two hard copies along with one electronic copy on USB in PDF format, enclosed in a sealed envelope.
