Installation of a Clear View Fencing at Dawid Kruiper Nursery

This bid is for the appointment of a contractor for the provision of all labour, material, fittings and equipment for the installation of clear view fencing at the municipal site: NURSERY at Dawid Kruiper Municipality. The scope includes removal of current fencing and installation of new 2.4m clear view fencing as per specifications, ensuring installation using galvanized anti-tamper screws, shear off nuts and bolts, and fitting galvanized multi and maxi spikes on top.
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Suppliers Data Base (CSD) and provide proof. A valid Municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days must be submitted; alternatively, a Sworn Affidavit or valid Lease Agreement is required if not liable for municipal services. The contractor must hold a minimum CIDB grading of Level 2 SQ or higher. Bidders must submit their unique SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or a printed TCS Certificate, with each party in a consortium/joint venture submitting separate proof. A manufacturer's brochure or similar proof of product must accompany the tender.
