Scope of Work
The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit bid proposals for the provision of a Cold Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) for a period of thirty-six (36) months. This solution aims to provide off-site protection and recovery of critical ICT systems, minimize downtime, strengthen cybersecurity resilience, and ensure business continuity during disaster events, hosted within South Africa for data sovereignty.
Bidders must be authorised implementation partners of the DRaaS OEM, hold valid ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications, and submit proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of not less than R 700,000.00. A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in delivering DRaaS solutions of similar scale and complexity is required, evidenced by client reference letters or completion certificates.
